Common questions
What does Payload do? It takes the reels already on your Instagram, groups them into payloads of five, and posts them again with their original captions. It posts through OneUp, between 6am and 8pm in your time zone. Every day it checks the numbers.
How does a payload end? The day one reel is clearly ahead, that reel becomes the Wraith and the next payload goes out. If it stays close, the payload runs up to three weeks before Vision calls it.
What is Vision? Vision is the part of Payload that watches the numbers and decides when to move on. The Vision tab shows you what it found.
What is the Junkyard? A reel that keeps losing goes to the Junkyard. It is not posted again unless you bring it back. Nothing is deleted from Instagram.
What is Honor? The Honor tab shows your top reels by likes, comments, shares, reposts and views, each with its stars.
Where is my app token? Sign in on the web. The token is shown after the subscription step, and again on the welcome screen. Type it into the iOS app once.
Can I stop a tour? Yes. Within 30 seconds of starting, use the Abort button. After that, pause or abort from the Tours tab.
Android? The app is iOS only. Android users use the web dashboard.
